Some big teases were unveiled this week at the Licensing International Expo 2008 in New York. Inside you can check out some art displays for Warner Bros. Pictures' Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, and ROBOCOP (rocking a 2010 release date). The McG directed TERMINATOR sequel is set for release on May 22, 2009. Read on for the art.

Just like Die Hard 4, the first AvP, and now Terminator and Beverly Hills Cop... I will NOT be seeing this. For the fact that the franchises are built as hard "R" movies and now for the teenagers as "PG-13" films. I HATE that sooo much. Count me out and thanks for watering down my "R" rated movies.
Boy, do these look bad. The Terminator teaser poster is just a picture of a terminator endoskeleton and the Robocop teaser looks like a CG composite of Robocop's head, now with a chin-strap added.
americangods the Terminator posters where always simple and showing the Terminator, the first film also had a very similar pic to this promo one. I think it looks fine and we will probably get a much better poster sooner to the film's release when the new Terminator designs are shown. Don't forget Bale is in it, i assume he would want his face on the poster.
As for Robocop..without the original director i can't be too interested yet. Besides with Iron Man and Transformers going for sequels by the time Robocop is out perhaps people will get bored of the whole robots/robotic suite theme
Eventually they'll run out of movies to re-make, and they'll have to go back to re-making the re-makes, I say fuck re-makes, just make a million super hero movies, lord knows they all have enough comics and storylines to last eons...Anyways, I have yet to see a re-make of a movie i've liked to begin with, and i'm gonna stand by that record for RoboCop and anything else they dish out at us.

Ya, MexicanDave. You're pretty much on the money about all that. Though I stand by Die Hard 4. Wasn't all that soft as it would seem. And plenty enjoyable.
I think the only thing that's gonna stop T4 from being a disaster, is Christian Bale. This guy seems to have the ability to make even the suckiest movie worthwile.
The robocop art is pretty dissappointing.
Robocop is one remake I WILL NOT be giving time to. If you're listening Hollywood, leave the fucking remakes alone! Enough already!!!!
