Freestyle Releasing has already picked out their Halloween costume as they've acquired The Haunting of Molly Hartley, a suspense thriller starring Chace Crawford. Freestyle plans a 2,000-screen Halloween release for the film, which centers on a new kid in town who discovers that her troubled past might be a prelude to a more disturbing future. The film directed by Mickey Liddell and written by John Travis and Rebecca Sonnenshine also stars Haley Bennett, AnnaLynne McCord, Marin Hinkle, Jake Weber and Josh Stewart.
