Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of Urban Legend for July 22, priced at around $28.95. DVD Active reports that the full specs for the release are: 2.40:1 Widescreen Transfer (1080p), Audio: Dolby True HD 5.1 English, Dolby True HD 5.1 French, Dolby True HD 5.1 Portuguese, Dolby Digital 5.1 Spanish, Dolby Digital 5.1 Thai, Subtitles: English, French, Arabic, Dutch, Bahasa, Korean, Spanish,Chinese, Thai, Portuguese, English SDH, Director Commentary and a 'Making-of' Featurette. There's a campus killer on the loose who's making urban legends, like the one about eating pop rocks and soda at the same time will make your stomach explode and the one about a psycho with an axe stepping into the backseat of your car at the gas station when not looking, into reality.
