Today the official website was launched for Top Cow and Platinum Studio's Witchblade, the feature film adaptation to the popular comic book that had a major impact in the '90s. In addition, you can also check out the first teaser poster by reading on. The film, which is still seeking a cast and director, centers on an ornate jewel-encrusted gauntlet that gives extraordinary powers to the wearer, a specially chosen female from each generation.
It seems ballsy to have made that poster with no lead character cast...and I mean, who could that be? It isn't a tangible piece of Hollywood's A-list...something which this project could probably use.
I definately agree with apple. It reminds me of the original Species poster, only in orange instead of green.
