Fox Home Entertainment has revealed early details on rated and unrated editions of Shutter (review), which stars Joshua Jackson and Rachael Taylor. DVD Active reports that the Masayuki Ochiai directed horror will be available to own on July 15th, with each disc retailing at around $29.98. The full disc specs have yet to be revealed I'm afraid, although we can confirm that the unrated edition will include an alternate ending. We'll bring you further details shortly.
Sorry, I don't support a film that has a soft theatrical release forthe money, then gives a dvd with a couple extra "fucks" in it and makes it unrated. Talk about having no faith in your product. Cowards.
I think your mistaken Zombie Hell. The theatrical and unrated versions are both one disc editions and cost the same. Even though the film looks lousy and I'm tired of 'unrated' the extras are really good for both releases. But Fox always makes us buy the unrated or 2-disc for way more extras.
