Welcome to another week of Horror In Your House, which features a bunch of options to purchase or rent on DVD this upcoming Tuesday, May 13. After Dark Films unleashes the unrated version of the French horror film FRONTIER(S), which we all love here at B-D; Sony also releases the UK black-comedy THE COTTAGE, while BOTCHED could round out your week. Read on for the full release list.

AMATEUR PORN STAR KILLER 2: Cinema Epoch

Tex Says: Cult Director Shane Ryan returns to the psuedo-snuff genre with this follow up to his notorious 2007 underground hit AMATEUR PORN STAR KILLER. But this time, there is no young female. This woman is smart, she fights back, and she will not go quietly.

BOTCHED: Warner

Ritchie Donovan is a professional thief whose luck turns from bad to worse. The only survivor from a heist that goes terribly wrong, Ritchie is forced to take the rap and is sent to Russia to steal a priceless antique cross, locked in a safe on the penthouse floor of a Moscow skyscraper. Unfortunately his luck runs out yet again and things rapidly go downhill. During the robbery Ritchie and his Russian accomplices are trapped by police and are forced to take hostages seeking refuge on the building's unused 13th Floor... and we all know how unlucky the number 13 is!

THE COTTAGE: Sony Pictures

Forced into hiding after their kidnapping plan goes awry, two rival siblings, David and Peter, find themselves fighting for their sanity while they hole up in a secluded country cottage. Weighed down by a hostage who refuses to stay quiet, or tied down, they are soon held captive by their own victim. But everyone's problems go from bad to worse when they come face-to-face with their psychotic axe-wielding neighbor - a demented farmer with a dark, nasty secret buried where you'd least expect.

Tex Says: Keep an eye out LORD OF THE RINGS fans. This UK thriller stars Andy “Gollum” Serkis, and we all know he’s capable of going insane! Pinhead fans might also want to take a peek for a Doug Bradley cameo.

DEMON POND: Cinema Epoch

Director Takashi Miike’s DEMON POND is the modern-day story of a man searching for a friend who has mysteriously disappeared, with a magical tale involving strange creatures, a heartbroken princess, and a pact that can't be broken. Conflicts between faith and skepticism and between social obligation and personal desire drive the narrative toward a dramatic conclusion where the worlds of the real and the surreal inevitably collide.

FRONTIER(S): Lionsgate (TEX’S PICK OF THE WEEK)

Set in France, Frontier(s) tells the story of four friends who are entrenched in the Paris riots. They have stolen a large sum of money and are heading for the Danish border. On their way, they check into a motel where things appear to be too good to be true. They find that looks are deceiving as this motel rapidly turns into a house of horrors run by a Neo-Nazi family.

Tex Says: Still my “Pick of the Week” even though Best Buy broke street on this sucker and started selling it last Tuesday. Everyone else can grab their copy today and everyone should…cause it’s a bloodbath!

LOVE THY NEIGHBOR: Koch

A mad stalker wreaks havoc on a small community of women in Atlanta after his girlfriend dumps him. Who will be killed next in this thriller or can he be stopped?

TIMBER FALLS: Vivendi Visual

When Mike and Sheryl stake their tent in the rugged mountains of West Virginia the worst they expect are mosquitoes. What they get is a nightmare. Sheryl vanishes. Mike wanders through the woods searching on his own and meets a God-fearing woman who says she can help. Little does Mike know, her help is the last thing he needs. After a string of horrific events, he finds Sheryl bound to a table in a remote cabin cellar. Candles and crucifixes line the walls. God has something evil planned…

Tex Says: If a terrible horror film comes crashing down in the dark wilderness of an empty theater does it make a sound? The answer…who cares!

I noticed Frontiers in last week's Best Buy ad, but of course the Best Buy here sucks balls and didn't get it. Oh well, I'm definitely getting it this week.
