Inside you'll find the official teaser poster for Dark Sky Films' Plague Town, which is currently in post-production. Directed by David Gregory, the film tells the tale of a dysfunctional family’s vacation to the Irish countryside that encounters a village of diseased, deformed and decidedly homicidal residents. What is going on with that eye? It's sort of creepy but I think it owes a lot to the poster for The Orphanage. The title should be much bigger and should lose that red haze, it cheapens it somehow. The grainy saturation of the image is nice, but I'm not a fan of the light colour scheme.
i think its crap, bored of this poster layout, white or gray left part and just a photoshoped image on the right and the typical un-interesting type. Yes the image is interesting but the rest of the poster is dull
The poster looks good, but the art seems a tad incongruent for a movie with such a boring and unimaginative title as "Plague Town." It also looks a lot like the poster for Art Of The Devil with the girl coughing up the razor blades. This one has more colors and the hazy bad-TV-reception effect, but you still might say this could be a direct rip-off. As for the eye being "weird," you'll notice that the eye is on the "outside" of a bandage or blindfold and that there's a rivulet of blood running from underneath. The eye you see is a sort of folk art prosthetic being worn over an injured one. An unusual depiction of vanity.

The poster is great, that stitched eye witch woman is really some kind of freaky. I can't wait til the release of this movie, it looks fantastic!
