Genre "cool-dude" Tom Atkins (Halloween III : Season of the Witch, Escape from New York, The Fog, The Ninth Configuration ) has snagged a role in the Patrick Lussier-directed remake of My Bloody Valentine 3-D, according to Moviehole.net. He joins Jensen Ackles and Jaime King for the film, set to lens shortly in Pittsburgh. Ten years ago the sleepy town of Harmony, Montana was the setting for a series of grisly murders on Valentine's night. Now, it seems the killer is back... or is he? The film is slated for release on January 23, 2009.
Why aren't they releasing it a week later than the date it already is? By the time Valentine's Day comes by it will already be out of theaters. I understand them not wanting to release the same week as F13, but can't they release it a week before F13 is released? Sorry to be picky, just voicing an opinion lol.
