No one is laughing over Picturehouse's horror-thriller Amusement as website Defamer is reporting that the studio is dumping the film directly to DVD after delaying its theatrical release nearly half a dozen times. Our sources tell us there have been multiple reshoots and the film has been recut various times. I guess the film is beyond repair? Watch for something official soon. The script centers on a traumatized woman who's questioned by a cop and a psychiatrist about three stories -- involving a clown, a hotel and a convoy -- that involve her and two of her female friends from childhood.
I remember seeing the trailer recently in a dvd and the trailer said Coming Soon to DVD. Ij ust thought it was a mistake. Well, this sucks b/c I've been waiting for this film over a year now so just fucking release it already.
Slasher Freak, what DVD was that trailer on which said "Coming Soon to DVD"?
This looks like a really good horror movie, mainly for a theatrical release.
