I think this is pretty effing dick of Paramount Home Entertainment - they knew damn well that they were going to release their highly successful giant monster movie Cloverfield (review) on Blu-ray June 3rd, but decided to withhold the information so goons like me would go out and buy the DVD to hold us over. I want a flippin refund. Either way, rejoice, June 3rd, Bad Robot, giant monsters, New York City and loads of extra features? Keep your eyes posted here for more soon. Five young New Yorkers throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives.
