Adriana Barraza (Babel) has joined the cast of Sam Raimi's Drag Me to Hell, according to Movieland. She joins the previously announced Alison Lohman, Justin Long, Jessica Lucas, Dileep Rao, Lorna Raver and David Paymer in the Raimi's first horror film since ARMY OF DARKNESS. The film is a morality tale about the unwitting recipient of a supernatural curse and will be released via Universal Pictures in 2009.
Agreed Lucksaw, she was good in Babel. Even though I'm still not entirely sure what this movie is about (apparently it involves "dragging" and someone going to "Hell"), I'm already getting a little excited. Raimi is more than welcome back to the horror genre.
