We caught wind of something special - Terror Project 6, which is a french horror sitcom with zombies, says a press release that hit our inbox this evening. The e-mail boasts that the film project have the support of Xavier Gens (FRONTIER(S), VANIKORO, HITMAN) and Fabrice Du Welz (CALVAIRE, VINYAN). The series counts 6 different stories each 26 minutes long. "It’s an independent sitcom. And with this horror project, we wish to show the emergence of new talents," producer Michael Abbate writes us. Inside you can find details on all six of the short films contained in this anthology, which is 100% French, in addition to the first ever stills and poster art!
Producer Michael Abba writes to us, "We have the opportunity to work with guests stars like Alysson Paradis (INSIDE), Catriona MacColl (FULCI’s movies: THE BEYOND, CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD), Lloyd Kaufman (Troma), Hélèna Soubeyand (TAKEN with Liam Neeson), Santi Sudaros (DANNY THE DOG) etc.," he continues, "The sitcom is in post-production. And we hope to screen some episodes this summer in international festivals."

Plot: In a close future, a sexually transmissible disease affects the human race. If all the beings are potential virus carriers, only women develop it. Symptoms are visible and violent : physical degeneration, violent drive and anthropophagy. The french government is thus going to establish a state of emergency and to proceed to the progressive, but systematic, women elimination. Plot : A strange virus bring people, recently died, back to life. Epidemic has been checked, society has reconstructed itself and the last victims of the virus were parked in isolation and are used as new French massive weapon. 2014. The quite new extreme right government announces that it supports openly the organization of a real TV show in which a group of prisoners of foreign origins, is used as guinea-pigs to zombies. The one who survives will be exempt from any penalty and will become French.
