Today Dimension Films sent us the official poster art for their upcoming giant crocodile film, Rogue, which will open in limited theaters April 25 from Third Rail Releasing. Joining a beautiful local tour guide (Radha Mitchell) and an American writer on assignment (Michael Vartan), the rest of this thriller's food chain is composed of tourists and adventure seekers alike. Waiting in vain to be rescued on an ever-disappearing parcel of dry land, you will never guess their next move…as terror lies just beneath the surface. The film was directed by Greg McLean (Wolf Creek). Read on for the poster.
A bit derivative of the JAWS artwork, if you ask me. Still, I've been waiting for killer croc movie that doesn't suck for years, so anything positive that emerges about ROGUE is a blessing!
Cool poster. Sooooo, we are finally going to get to see this movie. Hopefully, there will be no more delays. I've noticed kind of a 'hope' theme with all of us here today. OK, fuck it I'm just going to say it; this movie better be fucking good. After all the delays it has had it better be so scary that the ghost of Steve Irwin himself shits in his shorts.
Better than the aussie poster. I saw this movie last year in an australian cinema. It is good, not great. Is a bit like wolf creek in the respect that it feels like two acts and not the usual three. Great suspense and sense of irony, and some well-done gore. 3/5.
'Black Water', another australian killer croc movie is released in australia soon.
