What the fuck is going on here?! Can't ANYONE pen an original idea anymore? Is there a surplus of money in the movie biz that just HAS to be spent? Were there clauses in the original contracts saying "This film can only be made if someone remakes it in 10-20 years without any of it's original charm, by an inept director leading an uncaring team."?! If I have to, I will personally kill all upcoming directors with a remake in mind, film it, and sell it for entertainment. Cheers.
