DAWN OF THE DEAD remake with the style of Clover

This is almost a shot-for-shot remake. I just hope that Dowdle threw in some surprises for us who have seen [REC] several times. And do you find it weird that the trailer spoils both the ending AND the surprise creature?

That looks cool. I hate the way they did the trailer thought with the VO...almost sounds like TCM (Blair witch/cloverfield/yadda yadda yadda). But I'm looking forward to seeing this, the original is awesome!

Wow. It actually looks pretty good.

[REC] was awesome. Mainly because I didn't see most of the things coming (won't say them here, don't want to spoil the original and maybe the remake) I'm actually looking forward to the remake. Has a nice creepy feel to it. Agreed that I'd like something brand new, not just a direct copy of the original. But then again the way this is shaping up, I'd be happy with either.

As others have said some of the shots in the trailer look exactly the same as [REC]. Looks like they may not destroy the film after all. This actually might be good.

...AND it's got dexter's sister! looks tasty.

I can't believe how identical it looks-although some of the zombies seem a little over done compared to the original...It's so strange to hear the dglogue in English too-one of the reasons why I found Rec so scary was the fact that I had no idea what was being said-it really heightened the terror! It IS looking better than expected, I must say...

This is going to be cool. Exspecially because I never seen the original I have nothing to compare it to. Love the fact that its in the first person. Scary! Peace.
