We've got a trio of new release dates for you. First, Sony Screen Gems has locked down January 23, 2009 for Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans, which is being directed by Patrick Tatopolous with Michael Sheen, Rhona Mitra, Bill Nighy, Shane Brolly, Steven MacKintosh and Kevin Grievoux all starring. In addition, the Yari Film Group has given the Sarah Michelle Gellar starrer Possession an October 3rd date, we'll see if it actuallly sticks this time. Lastly, the news that Dimension Films (Third Rail Releasing) is planning on releasing Greg McLean's giant croc film, Rogue, in limited theaters April 25 has yet to be solidified. sweet i hope possession is the real date for this one in oct.i have been waiting forever to see it. and they better not put it direct to dvd either. bad enough that they are donig that with trick r treat.
