Should you always believe what you see? Find out when Lionsgate and Paramount Vantage release the bone chilling, ghostly thriller The Eye: 2-Disc Special Edition on DVD and Blu-Ray Disc. Based on a film of the same name from the renowned Pang Brothers (Infernal Affairs), The Eye stars Jessica Alba as Sydney Wells, a woman who has been blind since a childhood tragedy. After undergoing surgery to restore her sight, she begins to see again. However, shortly thereafter, unexplainable shadowy and frightening images start to haunt her. Not knowing if they are an aftermath of surgery, her mind adjusting to sight, her imagination, or something horrifyingly real, Sydney is soon convinced that her anonymous eye donor has somehow opened the door to a terrifying world only she can see. The Eye: 2-Disc Special Edition DVD and 2-Disc Blu-Ray contain four featurettes - "Shadow World: The Paranormal Past," "Becoming Sydney," "Birth of the Shadowman" and "Dissecting a Disaster" plus deleted scenes and the theatrical trailer.
