A script review has appeared on the web for Sam Raimi's Drag Me to Hell, which stars Alison Lohman, Justin Long, Jessica Lucas and Dileep Rao. Here's what they had to say, "Practically everything in this story has been done before – and done better at that." Click here to read the full review and see what the film is really about as all we've been told is that it's a morality tale about the unwitting recipient of a supernatural curse.
Wow...what purpose does saving a random kitten have to do with the story?? I read that and almost died from laughter because that is just way too random. This is shit Sam Raimi, make Evil Dead 4!!!!!
wow, one guy reviews the SCRIPT, and already people saying its an awful film, the damn thing hasn't been filmed yet, good lord, you people are all about the bandwagon. One person says it sucks, so lets all conform and do the same, typical shit. I still want Evil Dead 4 also, but, right now we don't have it, deal with it.
The irony is that perhaps the most cliched, over-used expression snarky reviewers always say is, "It's been done before and done better!" Jeez. The fact is, DRAG ME TO HELL is quite a good -- if imperfect -- little b-horror film with some really fun moments. In fact, if it had been released under some other director's name, I'm sure everyone would be freaking out about how awesome it is. But since it's Sam Raimi everyone has to have a menstrual cramp that it's not Evil Dead and Bruce Campbell isn't in it. Get over it already!
