I remember when I watched the original Saw in the movie theater. I was blown away by the originality of it and the incredible ending. But they have to stop with these fucking sequels. It's like being forced to eat you favorite food until you ralph. Enough already, didn't we learn from Friday the 13, Halloween, and Nightmare on Elm Street that you shouldn't overdue things. And fuck that Prom Night remake while I'm at it.

I'll watch it... but I'm still skeptical as hell because none of the sequels have all that great compared to the original... but I guess they're still miles better than some other stuff coming out (another user brought up that God awful looking Prom Night remake)

I loved the first 3 but 4 was a real let down and I don't knowc if I want to see the next 2 but oh well.

I still want to know where this is being filmed in Toronto. :(

The series has long overstayed its welcome. I will admit, I dug the first film. The second wasn't bad and the third- although not as good as the revious entries- was still alright. The forth one sucked Moose knuckle. Everybody knows it they just don't want to admit it.

Saw V won't be number 1 in the box office, but will earn a decent amount. saw 6 will still happen, but i think it will be the last in the franchise, at least for awhile. i think saw V will be better than 4 i used a mix of real numbers and roman numerals lol its because im drunk

Saw 5 will hit box off 1 because No other good Halloween movies come out at that time that I or other saw fans might have problems picking either that movie or Saw V and Saw IV owned i my opinion it did things that where possible and passed the torch nicely both in directors seat and in the terms of Jigsaw especially with the new jigsaw having the files to all the targets he wants and potential recruits with in his job to take his place when he's going to retire both the position of jigsaw and his job

Scott Patterson?? Exactly the same .. Costas Mandylor?? Exactly the same .. Mark Rolston?? Exactly the same .. Betsy Russell?? .. The same .. As a matter of fact, the ONLY actor who EVER played in a Saw-movie, who I knew, from which I AT LEAST saw a few movies in, was that of DANNY GLOVER .. He played in the very first Saw, as ... .. Ahh well, I'm not even going to say WHO he played, if you're 'real Saw-fans', then you should know .. ESPECIALLY YOU SHOULD KNOW, BY NOW, SINCE THE FIRST MOVIE CAME OUT IN, LIKE, WHAT .... 2004?? !!!

ugh... the first was original and clever, the second one was shit, the third was great (only because the only real talent in the series James Wan wrote the story) and the fourth just kinda... wow what a piece of shit. i don't think I'll even watch the next ones.

What my hopes are for this one; ("this one", meaning Saw V ... kinda DUHH..) 1 - I hope ... CHARLIE CLOUSER will be making the main theme.. { YES, I DO LOVE HIS MUSIC .. !! REMEMBER "Zepp's Theme" .. OOHHH!!!! I gotta say; I play that one AT LEAST once EVERY :-DAY !!! } 2 - I hope ... Saw V will make up for Saw IV .. Let me explain myself for just a minute; YES, I was / still am one of those people who thought / still think; "Ohh, come on, it (Saw IV) wasn't THAT BAD .." But that DOESN'T mean I was "thrilled" by the movie, or that, during the movie, "that I couldn't watch most scenes, b/c they were so awful" .. No, look, people have a right to, actually in this case, NOT, to like Saw IV, I completely understand that part .. !!! B/c if you look at Saw (I), then I understand, you're (gonna be) hungry for more, b/c that one was just .. OFF THE CHAIN .. Then the IInd came .. . YES, I admit .. I was kinda "disappointed" .. . The IIIrd .. Well, this CERTAINLY makes up for the previous movie .. INDEED !!! Then it's, all of a sudden, 2007 .. You're wondering "what will they come up next with" OR "I don't know if this is a smart move" .. And then, after you've seen the movie .. Well, you know the outcome / aftermath .. Now with V coming .. You have 2 groups of people ..The people who got their hopes up high (for instance ME..) and the people who already made up their mind and say; "There's NO WAY, I'm gonna see this one" .. Look at Mikieblade .. This is how I look at it ..

if you remember from interviews with the original director and writer that there were only going to be 3 saw films now theres 6 this franchise is not ever going to die put jigsaw up there with freddy, jason dracula because no matter how many shitty movies they make just think one day it'l come full circle n will c another great saw film so be patient

..Ofcourse it's obvious they won't make a Saw-movie that will top or get as close as the first Saw, from `04 .. But .. That's nothing new ..
