A few weeks back we launched the new INDIE section here on Bloody-Disgusting. What is exactly is this section you ask? One of the main problems we found with B-D was that the main page is overloaded with big Hollywood films and rarely does the hardworking horror fan get some love. We decided by having an entire section devoted to low budget independent filmmaking we could not only give the little guy some love, but create a place with content for those of you looking for it. For those of you who hate studio films, this is the place for you. For those of you who like those big budget pictures, avoid it like the plague. Hopefully we'll discover a few gems along the way (like Automaton Transfusion) and you'll be the first on the ball. Let me know if you catch anything online that you think our readers will dig. You can watch for updates by clicking the INDIE tab above or looking at the scrolling news box on the right. Horror Forever!
I prefer Independent Horror (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre '74) to Big Budget Horror (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre '03). I know what section I'll be reading often!
I really liked it A LOT better when it was all in one section. I don't mind the DVD section but you should keep the INDIE section with the non indie section. It was WAY better before.
The above posters are lying. :p
I like the separation. Nice job.
