2004 looks like it could be another great year for horror movies, and Warner Brothers is one of the first to strut their horror stuff and give us previews of what lies ahead this year. Inside you'll find new images from two of their upcoming films, Constantine and Exorcist: The Beginning, along with an official synopsis for Dark Castle's House of Wax 3-D.

Exorcist: the Beginning:

Directed by Paul Schrader and starring Stellan Skarsgard and Gabriel Mann, The film traces the story of Father Lankester Merrin (Stellan Skarsgård) back to his first encounter with the Devil in post-WW II Africa. A Fall TBD release is set.

Constantine:

Directed by Francis Lawrence and starring Keanu Reeves, Rachel Weisz, Tilda Swinton, Djimon Hounsou and Shia LeBeouf, the film is based on the DC-Vertigo comic book "Hellblazer," CONSTANTINE is a science fiction suspense drama about renegade occultist John Constantine (Keanu Reeves) who has literally been to hell and back. When Constantine teams up with skeptical policewoman Katelin Dodson (Rachel Weisz) to solve the mysterious suicide of her twin sister, their investigation takes them through the world of demons and angels that exists just beneath the landscape of contemporary Los Angeles. The film is set for an September 17th release.

House of Wax 3-D is being produced by Jeol Silver and is set for an October 22nd release, here's the synopsis:

A group of friends on their way to a college football game falls prey to a pair of murderous brothers in an abandoned small town. They discover that the brothers have expanded upon the area's main attraction - the House of Wax - and created an entire town filled with the wax-coated corpses of unlucky visitors. Now the group must find a way out before they too become permanent exhibits in the House of Wax.
