It has been nearly six years since I've liked a new Troma film. To put it in perspective, the last time Troma released anything worth recommending we had just had our one year birthday here on B-D. Today David Harley sent in his review for Lloyd Kaufman's Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead, and without a shadow of a doubt I'm going to have to agree with most of his review, this movie is Troma-lickin' good! "Filled with gratuitous nudity, over-the-top grand guignol gore set pieces, hilarious social commentary, musical numbers and a talking Sloppy Jose sandwich, POULTRYGEIST: NIGHT OF THE CHICKEN DEAD is everything you ever wanted from a Troma film and then some."
