All you had to do was listen to the commentary on the movie and it tells you where it's filmed. Or wait till the end of the movie credits and it lists the cities it's filmed in :P Anyway, I love Return 1, such a great fun zombie movie.
living in kentucky since 1978 I knew it wasn't filmed here I find on alot of messageboards that some people believe it really was filmed here in louisville as for the movie I kind of thought it sucked but i'm not a fan of zombie movies.
