We caught wind that Lionsgate was doing some casting for a single day shoot for JT Petty's The Burrowers, which wrapped a few weeks back. Petty tells us what they're doing, "We decided we didn't have enough "people stabbing monsters in the face with bones torn from rotting corpses" scenes, so we're adding one of those," he continues, "The casting is just for some background work, no big changes to the story." There's nothing wrong with more blood and guts if you ask me, especially when those madmen at Almost Human FX are doing the work!
