What's this? We caught wind of a project that somehow has been kept off everyones radar. Patrick B. e-mails us about Midnight Pictures' latest project, 25/8, which will be written and directed by Wes Craven! As legend has it, a notorious serial slayer will return to the sleepy community of Riverdale to finish off the seven children born on the night he purportedly died. But is the slayer really dead, or is he still at large? Or has the mysterious evil personality that once impelled his bloody spree entered the body of an unwary teen, who will now be compelled to do his evil bidding? Filming is set to begin soon in Connecticut. Watch for casting news as soon as it comes in.
meh, this isn't exactly great news. Craven hasn't done anything good since...oh yeah that's right A nightmare on elm street, well that's only 24 years, a short dry spell.
the place isnt called riverdale. they are doing it at our abandoned tolland high school and they changed the sign on the school to "riverton high" so yeah....and the movie is gonna be awesome.
