Today the official MySpace for George A. Romero's Diary of the Dead (review, trailer) posted the first batch of theaters that will be showing the film on February 15, read on to see if it's playing near you. Make sure you subscribe to their blog as they'll be adding new dates and locations soon! The film will follow a group of college students shooting a horror movie in the woods who stumble upon a real zombie uprising. When the onslaught begins, they seize the moment as any good film students would, capturing the undead in a "cinema verite" style that causes more than the usual production headaches.

i hate the world, we love romero in the smaller states, i mean i am not an idiot cause most people in indiana and kentucky are you know.... its not fair
damn, i thought the release would be a bit wider than this (i know it says there will be more theaters, but i doubt much more)

Just called Cherry Hill AMC and because it didn't show time or listing and they said its not showing there!! WTF???
