Awesome New Images From Paramount's 'Cloverfield'!

Today Paramount Pictures provided us with nearly 40 (awesome) images from the JJ Abrams produced Cloverfield, which hits theaters next Friday. In the giant monster movie, five young New Yorkers throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives.

i am sooo looking forward to this film, i was desperate for a great, fun monster film and i seriously hope it's good cause it if turns out to be another "Godzilla (US)" i will never go watch such stuff again

Wow, kids! More "awesome" images of the same crap we've been seeing earlier this year! See! More dazed yuppies running around New York streets mysteriously devoid of anything interesting! See! Astounding behind-the-scenes shots of clean-cut white kids snacking and brushing up on their lines! See! Guys in military gear with cool guns pointing at something offscreen! Really, BD, reserve superlatives for when they're warranted. It's getting to the point where we can actually see the publicists pulling your strings.
