I knoew it's only a week away, but some of you are DYING to see the monster in Paramount Pictures' Cloverfield. Today Daily Motion scored another TV Spot, which feature a very slim new look at the giant beast - read on for a look. Five young New Yorkers throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives.

Movie looks exciting, but damnit, why does it have to have such bad writing??? "It's alive!" "It's huge!"...talk about stating the obvious. Anybody who sees the creature in the film would just KNOW these things! ugh...I give up. Yeah, those strikers really earn their pay...

May sound like bad writing to you but I have a question Ultrazilla. What exactly would you say if you saw a giant monster attacking the city you lived in? My guess is you'd state the obvious. Why? Because that's what people do.
