The hype continue as Lionsgate's The Eye remake is prepping for releasing in just a few weeks (February 1). The other day the first TV Spot and clip arrived online, while today we were provided with nearly a dozen new stills from the film featuring the beautiful Jessica Alba. Read on to take a peak at all of the new images and watch for a pun-filled review at the end of the month.
so far ive loved all the stills with alba mainly because she does look like an american Lee Sin-Ji in this and Lee Sin-Ji is my fav actress and Gin Gwai is my fav movie so i hope the remake will be good, i actually have hopes for this remake :/
The original was a Hong Kong horror film from identical twin brothers, Danny and Oxide Pang. No need to do any research there, they're up there with my biggest influences as a filmmaker of all time and I've seen the film numerous times.
So no, HighlyTENSE, a Japanese film it most certainly isn't, "dude".
