UPDATE: Karyn Kusama (Girl Fight, Aeon Flux) has been tapped to direct, according to Variety. After this summer's Transformers I've been drooling over sexy star Megan Fox, who will star in Jennifer's Body for Fox Atomic. Add to the mix that Body is being written by Juno scribe Diablo Cody and you have pure excitement. This morning MTV posted an interview with Cody about the film, where she explains what type of horror film this really is. Read on for the skinny.
“It’s a horror movie, and it’s also about teenagers,” Cody tells MTV. “It’s a lot darker [than ‘Juno’], and it also has comedic elements. Horror is my favorite genre - and like Juno, I like horror movies.”
And what would her favorite horror movie be? “My favorite horror movie of all time is probably ‘Rosemary’s Baby,’” she said of the 1968 Roman Polanski demon-baby classic.

Juno was brilliantly written. Lets see if this girl can do horror. I loved the Suspiria and Wizard of Gore references in Juno. The movie was just awesome. And it's nice to know a good writer is reaching out to the horror genre.
Juno was the best film of 2007 without a doubt IMO (Ellen Page is an awesome actress). Megan Fox is hot (look at those eyes). Can't wait to see this film!
