After The Descent one of our most anticipated films of 2008 is Neil Marshall's Doomsday, which is still looking for a release date. Today Universal Pictures provided Bloody-Disgusting with two brand spanking new stills from the film, which is set three decades after a lethal virus tore through a major country, leading to the country's walling off. When the virus, known as the Reaper, resurfaces in another country, an elite group is dispatched to the infected country to find a cure. There, they end up shut off from the rest of the world and must battle through a landscape that has become a waking nightmare.

You know the movie sucks? You know this for a fact? Youve seen it and have a detailed review ready to be posted?

Is this like a zombie movie? I liked The Descent so i'll probably keep my eye out on this one too.

Matt, I saw the test screening and it was a mess. Yes, it was only a test screening but no amount of editing will save it. Rhona is hot but is unbelievable in the role and the movie simply rips off (oh, I mean pays homage) to Aliens, Road Warrior, Escape from New York and more and it's obvious. Maybe you'll like it and I hope you do but I didn't. Just an opinion so calm down.

I saw it at a test screening last month and loved it. It does pay homage to early Carpenter and the Mad Max trilogy, but the movie is its own.
