Seriously, can you get any better than this?! Guy Pearce (Ravenous) and Danny Huston (30 Days of Night) - both pictured inside - are rumored to have joined John Hillcoat's adaptation of The Road, which was set as a starring vehicle for Viggo Mortensen. The film, based on McCarthy's 2006 best-seller, centers on a father who walks alone with his son through a ravaged postwar American landscape in search of civilization. Shooting begins this February; it will be distributed by Dimension Films.
