We've been tipped off that Tobin Bell, Scott Patterson and Costas Mandylor will all return in Lionsgate's Saw V, which is slated for release on October 24, 2007. Now here lies the problem... I have absolutely no way of confirming this news. In the past we've been scooped names (*cough* Donnie Wahlberg) that have all been denied, only to be come a reality in the end. So take it for what it's worth, more flashback, a new future and more pain from Jigsaw and his creations. Watch for more updates as it comes in. Saw V will be directed by David Hackl off a script by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton.
this is so stupid! what is it with people and this god damn franchize! all these fucking movies are the same one way or another. the acting sucks! carey elwes sucked in the first one, after he was crawling out of that room and stopping to turn around and tell that kid he'd be back and not to worry. all i could think was him yelling out asss youuu wissshhh!! haha fuck these movies! and all you stupid ppl who think these movies are gods gift to horror
What, they arn't? because no god could take these in, way too powerful, saw isn't even close to being good enough for a god, saw is life, saw is perfection, saw is true beauty and utter brutality, it's the best horror thats ever been created, even though i admit saw 4 was kinda lame, now that DLB, it will be totally kick ass!!! 5 will be by far the best, because i reckon Dr. G is making his comeback!

Umm... wow, heated conversation... lol. Honestly, I only really liked SAW II... the rest are crap... in fact, the whole series is crap, it's along the lines of the Friday the 13th series... only for the 2000s... I go to them just to see them, not because they're anything special, just because it's almost like a tradition now, and I wanna see how long they keep pumpin' them out into theaters without missing a year. It's just good fun, not good filmmaking. [But on the plus side, the scipts have nice twists sometimes, haha]

Although i hate the ones who keep bitching i have to say i did noy enjoy SAW IV unfortunately. My best where 1 and 3 and part 4 is probably at the bottom of the list. I hope i digg 5 more

ok look nobody will understand 4 untill 5 comes out and if you guys think that dr gordon is good think again ok jiggsaw may be smart but hes not smart enough to do all thoughs operations like in part two were he put that key in that guys eye that was dr gordon and you guys need to watch part 3 were that woman says to jiggsaw that dr gordon was your dr and jiggsaw says i was his pastiont and he was mine so thats like a big clue there so he will be in 5 i bet money on it
ya i guess there is alot more stuff they can do it would be really funny if dr gordon was in with jiggsaw the whole time and jiggsaw never really had cancer and never really died what if when the guy split his neck open dr gordon fixed it and that body that we saw could of been a fake so in my book he is still alive lol
