After premiering at this January's Sundance Film Festival, the film will hit theaters everywhere on February 15. In this provocative and brutal thriller from director Michael Haneke, a vacationing family gets an unexpected visit from two deeply disturbed young men. Their idyllic holiday turns nightmarish as they are subjected to unimaginable terrors and struggle to stay alive.
Haneke needs to move on from this Horror/Thriller thing. When he tries to be Hitchcock he fails miserably, yet he excels at psychosexual character studies. If he did a romantic comedy he'd probably win awards; truly a waste of talent.
I think this looks pretty interesting. I'm intrigued.
