B-D reader 'Shark' scooped us that he heard star Timothy Olyphant (pictured inside) on Indie 103.1 FM Sports Los Angeles on ESPN - where he is a sports reporter by day - where he was heard stating that he's going to be filming a small role in untitled X-Files sequel over the "colder months". We have yet to confirm this news so please keep this in the "rumor" column. Rumored to be titled "Done One", filming is set to begin this month in Vancouver. Olyphant has scored some monster roles in the past few years starring in Live Free or Die Hard and Hitman. The studio is keeping the film's logline under wraps, but stressed the pic is a stand-alone story and supernatural thriller that takes the complicated relationship between Mulder and Scully in new directions. The film hits theaters July 25th, 2008.

	Saturdaythe13th 1:36am, December 3, 2007 Just so you know - "Done One" is a fake working title for the film. It's not going to be the actual title. This is the 2nd X-Files movie, meaning that they have already "done one". It's probably a way to keep people away from the set, they don't want to post up big signs saying "X-Files 2", it would attract too many people trying to scoop info.
