Today 20th Century Fox announced a March 21, 2008 release date for Shutter, a remake of one of the best Asian horror films I have ever seen. The original, one of the highest-grossing films in Thai history, follows a young photog and his girlfriend who find mysterious shadows in his photographs that may be tied to their involvement in a hit-and-run accident. Masayuki Ochiai directed the remake, whioch stars Rachael Taylor, Joshua Jackson, David Denman, James Kyson Lee and John Hensley.
