Ah, the internet. A place where nerds can be overly negative about something that they know NOTHING about (have you read Mambo's script?) The movies can co-exist. I'm on neither side( unless either movie is good). It's not a musical, and the plot is slightly different if u read from both movies. While this is a straight forward horror movie, the other is adventure thriller. It's like Volcano and Dante's Peak, similar films completly different plots. Btw, they been working on Mambo since 2003 so you can't really go and say ripoff cuz we really don't know who's ripping off who.
