Update: We also learned the film will be rated R and not PG-13 - We have confirmed that the new synopsis circulating online for Sylvain White's Castlevania adaptation is 100% OLD (yes, we posted it after last year's AFM). Our sources tell us that the synopsis is "BS... there are no giant bats and no legion of zombies," our informer also explains that, "Simon is not the lead in the film, it's Trevor!" From the latest press release, this is what we have to look forward to: The pic will focus on the origins of Dracula and the uprising of the Belmont Clan, a vampire-slaying family who supposedly become humanity's last hope. Watch for real news as soon as it comes in.
