Bloody-Disgusting has learned of two new upcoming Lionsgate home video releases. Arriving on DVD February 5, 2008 is Robert Englund's Killer Pad, which revolves around three friends who use money from an insurance claim to move out of their parents' homes. They score a place in the Hollywood Hills and refuse to believe that the house has a dark history. We've also learned that Twisted Pictures' Catacombs will finally get a release on DVD February 19. Spring is looking to be the new Halloween! Click either title above for details on both films.
