Who knows what's going on in JJ Abrams' mind as he has changed the title to his upcoming monster film a handful of times, but according to CHUD the official title is Cloverfield, or so it says in the new trailer debuting in front of Beowulf November 16. If you head on over to the website you can read a play-by-play of the new trailer for the film hitting theaters January 18, 2008. The film is a giant monster movie (a parasite) shown on cheap cameras from regular people's perspective.
This is great news. I've been hoping they would just stick with this instead of trying to give it some retarded and cheesy name. Hopefully this will just stick.
