After a long delay caused by score rights, Magnolia Pictures has finally announced a new date for The Signal (review, interviews) - over year after it's world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival the apocalyptic horror film will arrive in theaters February 22, 2008. In the indie film by David Bruckner, Jacob Gentry and Dan Bush, a mysterious signal is being transmitted from all media devices in the city of Terminus, provoking murder and madness within the psyches of its inhabitants.
