Sony Screen Gems, come on man! Today we received word that the studio has officially changed the title of their remake of REC to Quarantine. Worst title ever? Quite possibly. At least they've got two amazing directors behind the camera, John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle, who will see their indie horror film Poughkeepsie Tapes released theatrical by MGM in 2008. In the remake, which is now casting heavy, a downtown Los Angeles apartment building is quarantined after a mysterious deadly and highly contagious strain of rabies breaks out. A reporter and her cameraman are among those trapped inside.
even though its not that great of a title. just hope the movie will be as great as rec
