Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) has been cast to play Dylan Dog in the film Dead of Night for Arclight Films, which is based on Tiziano Sclavi's popular Italian graphic novels "Dylan Dog", according to Comic Book Resources. David Ellis, (Final Destination 2, Snakes on a Plane) is attached to helm from a screenplay by Joshua Oppenheimer and Thomas Dean Donnelly. Dylan Dog is a penniless nightmare investigator who defies the whole preceding horror tradition with a vein of surrealism and an anti-bourgeois rhetoric. The true monsters in many of these stories are human beings.
Any chance of a Cemetery Man reference, or two thrown in?
