We just learned some sad news as we were just informed that Jaimie Alexander will NOT be returning as Nicole Carrow in Warner Raw Feed's Rest Stop II, which begins lensing here in Los Angeles late this month. BUT we did learn that the character is still a major part of the story and will be recast for the role. Returning Iraqi War veteran TOM HILTS heads off with his girlfriend, MARILYN CULVER, and his best friend, JARED SCHNAUZ, to discover what happened to his brother JESSE and his girlfriend NICOLE, who disappeared a year ago. The terrible truth of what happened to Jesse and Nicole is about to repeat itself, as Tom, Marilyn and Jared run into the same bloodthirsty ghostly creatures--the DRIVER, FATHER and MOTHER--who have been plaguing luckless "sinners" on the Old Highway for decades...
probably because the first one was such crap lol. maybe theyll use a real rest stop this time and the director wont molest the lead actress with the camera.
this is terrible! rest stop wasnt that good, but it was an okay movie, and jamie alexander is just beautiful. im sad she wont be returning as nicole...
that ticks me off i liked the first one....im prob. actually one of the few people that did like rest stop...no wonder why some sequels suck whenever the lead charectors get recasted (clarice sterling in sotl)....HOPEFULLY the sequel will be just as good...call me wierd but still lil bit freaks me out going to rest stops that are secluded by myself or with someone
Ok, first of all i LOVE jaimie alexander. she is my favorite actress ever, not to mention beautiful. (dub_fierce, it wasn't jaimie in that scene, she had a body double.) now i LOVED rest stop. one of my favorite movies. you guys can say what you want but people that liked it, buy the sequal if you want to. i know i will.
