Fox Atomic returns to horror as they've has tapped B-D fav JT Petty to write and direct Goth, which is based on a best-selling Japanese novel, according to Variety. Described as a gothic love story, the project revolves around two high school teens from opposite sides of the tracks who are forced to come together to take down a serial killer in their hometown. Petty recently directed "The Burrowers," an original Western horror film that is in post-production. He also wrote and directed "Soft for Digging," "Mimic: Sentinel" and "S&Man."
