My favorite is the Samizdat AKA lethal entertainment video cassette entitled Infinite Jest, which is the last work of the late, reclusive filmmaker James O. incandenza. There is only on copy of this cassette in existence. The film is so entertaining that those who watch it wish to do nothing else but watch it, and will eventually die due to their own privation. It has been discovered that the viewer will go to any length to watch the film, even self-mutilation. The true master copy is elusive, showing up here and there unexpectedly. A corp of wheelchair-bound Quebecois separatists are seeking the samizdat to use it as a weapon of terror.

Those who wish to know more are directed toward the novel Infinite Jest by the late David Foster Wallace.

I'll say it with you. Loud and proud.

A few other awesome ones:

[REC] 1 & 2
The Last Broadcast (this one is criminally overlooked)
Noroi
Atrocious
Paranormal Activity (1, 2 and 3... Yeah, I likes'em.)

Glad you mentioned all of these.

Love The Blair Witch immensely, and I want to give a shout out to the Poughkeepsie Tapes for getting under my skin. If you can, seek out Paranormal Activity: Tokyo Night which is the Japanese sequel to the first Paranormal Activity and just oozes with dread.

Nothing to be ashamed of, if it were not for that movie this thread would be desolated. If that's good or not is another question.

Best:
Cannibal Holocaust
Blair Witch
Paranormal Activity 1, 2, 3 (I couldn't pick one but are all pretty reasonable and all pretty much the same)
REC

Worst:
Holy hell if I were to start listing the worst I would be here for weeks. When they are bad they are really fucking bad and there are a lot out there..

The Blair Witch is quite easily the best, bar none. Aside from that

[Rec]
[Rec] 2
Paranormal Activity
V/H/S/2
Open Water

Not horror but Chronicle is something that should be talked about. Haven't seen Noroi yet and I don't consider Cannibal Holocaust a found footage film.
