European movie.. I think? - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

There's a horror flick from the past 5 years, I believe, and I think it's European (maybe French?) in origin.

Here's the basic synopsis WITH SPOILERS. There's a young man being chased by a killer. He is saved by a woman (I think she's a nurse) by car and she brings him to her house. It is eventually revealed that the young man actually is a killer, and he killed the enraged man's family. The young man kills the female (even though I think he may have liked her) and continued on.

Ring any bells?

From what I've seen (I've only seen the trailer for this) it sounds like it could be In Their Sleep? But I'm not sure
