2010 according to IMDB but I believe it didn't get an official wide release (via DVD & Blu) until December last year.

But never go by IMDB. Cabin is listed as 2011, same as Father's Day etc.

I don't really have a favorite. Maybe "Chained" from Jennifer Lynch, but his would be more drama than horror.
Cabin In The Woods? I would chose that, when worse comes to worse.

This year was pretty poor for horror.

V/H/S I hated and Rec Genesis and Silent Night were letdowns.

Chained was pretty good but not really memorable.
