Chastain looks horribly miscast.

It looks alright though

Really? What makes you say that? I actually thought she was one of the biggest appeals about the trailer.

I also thought Jessica was a highlight.

She has the New York house-wife vibe well at least to me.

It looks like she's doing a cliche impersonation of a mob wife. A complete stereotype. Like something you'd see in a comedy sketch. Granted, I'm judging her based on a whole 40 seconds of screen time, but the performance is already coming off very forced to me.

Well, to be honest the whole trailer sort of has that vibe to me, so I didn't really notice it with her in particular.

That said I do love both Chastain and Isaac so I'll see this, but it all does look very run-of-the-mill, wannabe 90's crime drama mediocrity.

Fair enough. I just don't see Chastain as that type of character, which might be why it seems a little hammy to me. She doesn't really suit the role. Never know though. It's just my first impression.

Isaac supposedly plays a pivotal role in the new "Star Wars Trilogy. I'm interested..

Looks pretty good. Reminds me of Sopranos with the garbage run angle.

It looks a little cliche but trailers do that, I'll be keeping an eye on this.

Speaking of Mob films I'm really looking forward to The Drop.
