That wouldn't be our problem. This issue goes to killrobot. He thinks that the new forum will redeem the Legacy, therefore there is no more support for this forum anymore.
As long as there are two separate legacy, BD it will remain divided.

The AGD isn't going to take place until Spring last I heard. The next draft after the Horror Draft is the Artist Draft I guess.

It was the Song Draft. The other music draft is where you just draft bands and solo music artists. If the AGD was next after the Horror Draft then the Music Artist Draft would be in the Spring and the Song Draft would be in the Summer.
